We have listed the most common formats we can work with, but there is almost no limit to what we can recover, with some examples being micro fiche, glass slides, metal print negatives, obscure video formats from police used in court cases, and the list goes on. Best to call or email if you think you have something that may stump us.

We can either follow specific instructions or bring order to near complete chaos. You can choose to have Professional DVDs made, back up DVDs and/or Digital Files. Professional DVDs have completed menu descriptions and icons, and machine printed titles on the DVD face. Back up DVDs have minimal menu descriptions and hand printed descriptions on the face, but are of the same picture quality as the Pro versions, and serve as a hard copy of your files. Digital Files are in the MP4 format, which is the same used by Youtube for universal compatibility and ease of sharing. We will put them on a flash drive for you or email them if it is a very small order. Video tapes are timed and checked for relevant content, condition and date information, and if you choose to have Professional DVDs made, we combine tapes by like subject or date to save you money, or we maximize the quality of the recording if tapes are to be kept separate. We make chapters on the DVDs by length of recording or specific events, like birthday parties or Christmas’s. Files will match the segments created in making the DVDs. You don't have to take the DVDs if you only want files.

The video/audio/photo conversion time will differ according to the formats to be dealt with, the number or length of the tapes, and the time of year can play a factor. We will always strive to deliver results within the stipulated time based on your situation and circumstances. If you need something right away, we can usually shift projects to meet a special event or unexpected gathering.

All original materials you give us to transfer are returned to you with the digital media format(s) you have chosen. Mailing costs are extra and added to the final total.
